3 DAGES INTENST SCENE STUDY-FORLØB MED SIDSE PLOUG SØRENSEN
Scene Study
In this on-line course, students will be introduced to an approach and a series of tangible tools, to facilitate the actors ability to spontaneously process while brining about clear and effective storytelling.
After the first class a scene and scene partner will be assigned, which the actors will prepare and work on for the remaining classes.
Course is open to all levels, and both English and Danish speaking students.
About Sidse
The danish actress Sidse Ploug Sørensen has been living and working in New York, since 1998. For the past 16 years, the award winning off-Broadway theater company The Barrow Group has been her artistic base.
Sidse started out as an actress and playwright at TBG and later received her teacher training and joined the faculty as a teacher at TBG’s acting school, which reaches over 4.000 students a year. She’s since been teaching performance arts, script analysis, professional scene study and coaching audition preparation in New York and internationally.
The Course: 3×3 hours, Tuesday May 4th, 6:30-9:30 pm and on May 8th & 9th, 11-2pm (GMT) – Apply here
